1. Who we are and what these terms cover

limitlessfengshui.com and the Love Corner Reset funnel are run by [NEED: business legal entity name and registration number], of [NEED: registered mailing address, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia] ("Limitless Feng Shui", "we", "us"). Esther Lee is the pen name under which our books and guides are written.

These terms apply when you visit our pages, buy from us, join our members' area, attend a Love Corner Fast-Track Call or use any of our tools. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them.

2. Important disclaimer: education and entertainment only

Please read this section carefully.

Feng shui is a traditional practice, not a science. Our products share its principles for personal interest, education, entertainment and home arrangement.
No relationship outcome is promised or guaranteed. Nothing we sell can promise you a partner, a date, a reunion, a proposal or any relationship result, by any time. Please be wary of anyone who does.
Not professional advice. Our products, calls, emails, texts and tools are not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and are not a substitute for it. If you are dealing with your health, your safety, a personal crisis, money or a legal matter, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Your home, your choices. You decide what changes to make to your home. Use common sense and follow your lease, building rules and safety guidance (for example, with candles, mirrors, furniture and electrical items).
Tools are for reflection. Our interactive tools work only from what you enter. They are for reflection and entertainment, and don't predict or guarantee any relationship outcome.
Any example or story we share is for illustration only and isn't a typical or promised result.

3. What we sell

All products are digital. Current products and prices (in US dollars unless the checkout shows otherwise):

Love Corner Reset ebook (PDF): $17, one-time.
Love Corner Fix Kit (printables), order bump: $14, one-time.
[YEAR] Love Stars Guide, order bump when offered: $14, one-time. It covers one feng shui year, which resets at Li Chun, around 4 February. [NEED: which feng shui year the guide covers at launch.]
Love Stars Circle membership: $147 for 12 months. [NEED: renewal model A (renews yearly until cancelled) or B (one year, no automatic renewal); see section 6.]
Love Corner Vault: $47, one payment, never renews. The video library plus 12 monthly guides as a one-off download, with no updates. [NEED: which 12 guides (the current feng shui year, or the next 12 months from purchase) and how long access lasts (lifetime or 12 months).]
Love Stars Circle monthly: $1 trial for [NEED: trial length; 7 days in the current email copy], then $17 per month until cancelled. See section 6.
Home Love Audit: [NEED: price; $500 in the call and email copy, $497 in the GHL product], one payment [NEED: payment plan option, if offered]. An async service: you upload your floor plan and photos and receive a recorded video walkthrough, a written placement plan and one follow-up review after you make the changes. Delivery time: [NEED: audit turnaround]. Who delivers it: [NEED: Howie or a feng shui practitioner partner]. The audit is sold on or after the Love Corner Fast-Track Call. No sales call or booking is needed.

The price, what's included and any billing terms are shown on the page or button where you buy. If anything on that page differs from these terms, the page you bought from applies to that purchase.

4. Buying and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe [NEED: and PayPal, if connected]. We don't see or store your full card number. Your order and contact details are held in our CRM, GoHighLevel. See the Privacy Policy.
One-click offers. After your first purchase, some pages let you add an offer with one click. One click charges the card you just used, for the amount shown next to the button. Nothing is added unless you click or tick it.
Taxes such as VAT or GST may be added where the law requires. [NEED: confirm tax handling (Stripe Tax or inclusive pricing).]
Your bank may charge a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee, because we are based in Malaysia. That fee is between you and your bank.

5. Digital delivery and access

Right after checkout you'll land on a welcome page, and your download or login link arrives by email within [NEED: delivery time]. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it, or email [email protected].
Members' content is hosted in our GoHighLevel members' area [NEED: and/or a password-free delivery page, per copy/12-membership-v2.md §1a].
Keep your login details to yourself. We may suspend access that is shared, resold or used in a way that breaks these terms.
Because products are delivered digitally and right away, UK and EU buyers who ask for immediate access agree that their 14-day right to cancel ends once the download or access starts. This doesn't affect the guarantee in our Refund Policy. [NEED: matching consent line at checkout.]

6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Love Stars Circle, annual ($147).

Option A, auto-renews: "You'll be charged $147 today and $147 once a year on this date until you cancel." We'll email you [NEED: N] days before each renewal.
Option B, no auto-renewal: "One payment of $147 for 12 months of access. It doesn't renew automatically; we'll ask you before your year ends."

$1 trial, then $17 per month.

Today: $1 for [NEED: trial length] of full access to Love Stars Circle.
When the trial ends (the date is shown on the order page and in your first email): unless you cancel before then, the card you used is charged $17, and $17 every month after that on the same date, until you cancel.
We'll email you a reminder [NEED: N] days before your first $17 charge.
You agree to these billing terms by ticking the consent box on the trial page.

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If we do, we'll tell you by email at least [NEED: N] days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

7. How to cancel

You can cancel a subscription or trial any time:

in two clicks from your account page: [NEED: account / billing page URL]; or
by emailing [email protected] from the email you signed up with; or
by replying to one of our texts and asking us to cancel, if you get texts from us.

No calls and no forms. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for [NEED: confirm; for the trial, say whether access ends straight away or at the trial end date]. Cancelling doesn't refund past charges by itself; see the Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy at [NEED: refund policy URL], which forms part of these terms. In short: the Love Corner Reset ebook has a 7-day money-back guarantee, and you can keep the book.

9. Chargebacks

If there's a problem with a charge, please email [email protected] first. We answer billing questions and refund requests under our Refund Policy, and it's usually faster than a dispute.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may share your order details, your agreement to these terms, delivery and access records, and our emails with you with Stripe and your bank to respond. Access to all products linked to the disputed payment may be paused while the dispute is open. Nothing in this section stops you from using any right you have with your bank or card issuer.

10. Intellectual property and your licence

Everything we sell or publish (books, guides, printables, videos, emails, tools, designs, names and logos) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own home and your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print printables for yourself.
You may not copy, share, resell, upload, publish, give away, translate, use to teach or train others (including AI models), or use the products for client or commercial work, without our written permission.
If you break this licence, we may end your access without a refund, in addition to any other rights we have.

11. Calls, members' area and community

The Love Corner Fast-Track Call may be live or recorded. If you join a live call, your name and anything you type in the chat may be seen by others and may appear in the recording.
In any Q&A thread or community area, be kind and lawful. Don't post anyone else's private information, spam, or anything abusive. We may remove posts or access that break this rule.
If you send us a comment or story and say we may share it, we'll use your first name only unless you agree otherwise.

12. Messages from us

If you buy or register, we'll email you about your order, access and the products you've bought. Marketing emails and texts are covered in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in every email, and stop texts by replying STOP. Order, billing and renewal notices are sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

13. Limitation of liability

We provide our products and tools "as is". We try to keep them accurate and working, but we don't promise they are error-free or always available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, relationship, income or data, arising from your use of our products or from changes you make to your home.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including under UK, EU and Australian consumer law).

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date. If a change affects an active subscription, we'll email you first.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [NEED: governing law, e.g. Malaysia]. Disputes go to the courts of [NEED: jurisdiction, e.g. Kuala Lumpur]. If you are a consumer living in the UK, the EU or Australia, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and may bring a claim in your local courts.
