Refund Policy

Limitless Feng Shui · limitlessfengshui.com

Last updated: [NEED: date at publish]

This policy explains how refunds work for everything sold through limitlessfengshui.com by [NEED: business legal entity name] ("Limitless Feng Shui", "we", "us"). To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the email address you bought with. You don't need to fill in a form or give a reason.

1. Love Corner Reset ebook ($17): 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Love Corner Reset for any reason, email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.

You'll get your $17 back.

And you can keep the book.

No forms, no questions.

2. Order bumps ($14 each)

This covers the Love Corner Fix Kit and the [YEAR] Love Stars Guide, when offered.

[NEED: Howie's policy for bumps. The copy states no bump refund term. Option A: covered by the same 7-day guarantee as the book, keep the files / Option B: refunded only together with a book refund / Option C: other.]

3. Love Stars Circle annual membership ($147 per year)

[NEED: membership refund line, pick one so it matches the line under the upsell button. Option A: "Try it for 7 days. If it's not for you, email [email protected] for a full refund of the $147." / Option B: "14-day full refund, then prorated." / Option C: Howie's own policy.]

[NEED: if the membership auto-renews (renewal model A), state the refund rule for a renewal charge, e.g. a renewal is refundable if you ask within [NEED: N] days of the renewal date.]

When a membership is refunded, access to the members' area ends.

4. Love Corner Vault ($47, one payment)

[NEED: Vault refund line, e.g. "7-day full refund. Just email [email protected]." The copy has this as a placeholder only.]

The Vault is a single payment and never renews.

5. $1 trial of Love Stars Circle, then $17 per month

You can cancel during the trial and you won't be charged the $17. See our Terms of Service, section 7, for how to cancel.
[NEED: whether the $1 trial fee is refundable.]
[NEED: refund rule for monthly $17 charges, e.g. "If you forgot to cancel, email us within [NEED: N] days of a charge and we'll refund that month" / "Monthly charges are not refunded; cancelling stops the next one."]

6. Home Love Audit ([NEED: price, $500 in the call and email copy / $497 in the GHL product])

[NEED: audit refund terms. The offer stack says the guarantee covers delivery only, never a relationship outcome. This same text fills on the call, in emails and in the portal. Example to adapt: "If we don't deliver your recorded video walkthrough and written placement plan within [NEED: turnaround], you can ask for a full refund." Also say what happens once work has started, and how a payment plan is treated, if one is offered.]

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through our payment processor, Stripe [NEED: also PayPal? The GHL build sheet mentions Stripe/PayPal].
We aim to process a refund within [NEED: N business days] of your email. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Refunds are in the currency you paid in. We can't cover exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

8. What a refund doesn't depend on

Feng shui is a traditional practice, not a science, and nothing we sell promises a partner, a relationship, or any result in a set time. Refunds under section 1 never depend on whether you met someone, and we will never ask you to prove you "tried it".

9. Please talk to us before a chargeback

If something is wrong, email [email protected] first. A refund under this policy is quicker than a dispute with your bank. See section 9 of our Terms of Service for how we handle chargebacks.

10. Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Under UK and EU law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase, but for digital content that right ends when the download or access starts, if you asked for immediate access and agreed to lose that right at checkout. [NEED: add a checkout consent line for UK/EU buyers, e.g. "I want immediate access and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download starts." Our 7-day guarantee on the book applies anyway.]
